The Silence Continues

According to Crux ("Covering all things Catholic") it would appear that the people in the Roman Catholic Church responsible for the training of new bishops are routinely telling their episcopal pupils that there is no need for them to inform the police when they receive allegations of sexual abuse of children. They are, instead, being advised to leave it up to the victim and, if the victim doesn't go to the police, to just forget about it.

That's enlightened, not.
