Whoever did their cover are cain’t spell worth a damn, I’ll tell ya that!
The sexual ethics may SUCK beyond the telling of them, but liturgically it’s right up my alley!
[KJ? I’m missing something…]
I like to watch their liturgy, but four hours of standing in a candle-laden, closed room with monotone chant does not appeal in person.
But the thing is, Mark, it’s considered *completely acceptable* to leave&return during those long EO liturgies. At any given moment during the Easter Vigil (for example), perhaps a quarter of the congregation is having a smoke/coffee/bathroom-break, tending to young’uns, preparing food (!), etc, etc.
It’s a very sensible approach to Doing Church.
