Russian Wives Told Not To Be A Nag

The chairman of the Synodal Department for Church Charity and Social Ministry in the Russian Orthodox Church, Bishop Panteleimon Shatov, has urged women not to reprimand their husbands during the coronavirus lockdown. He insists that wives should live in obedience to their husbands and that they should desist from criticising them.

Should a wife find herself nagging her man then she should make ten bows in the evening or not eat chocolate or surf the internet for a day as a penance.
