Or Dickens or Hardy. The English have long had a surplus of hysterical names!
On the whole they are fictional whilst in the USA the weird names are for real. Only in America could somebody be called Randy Bumgarden and not feel the need to have it changed by deed poll.
Or you could be called Madison Bumgarner (a god among men! Or at least pitchers!)
