Back in the days when people actually left comments on blogs we used to have loads of fun (some, I must admit, of a somewhat scurrilous nature) coming up with captions for photographs, usually of the high and mighty of the various religions of the world. In, I expect a vain attempt, to recover some of the joy of those glory days of blogging, I am giving you a photograph of the new Anglican pope, who is presently on a whistle stop prayer pilgrimage around some of the southern dioceses of England.
My entry is, "Is it a bird? Is it a plane? Oh, shit, no! It's that manipulative, pain in the arse, Jonathan Hagger again."
Oh look, there’s that American woman, Grandmère Mimi, giving you a “Backside Welcome” from the Americans!
Oh, look! It’s the Popemobile!
Nice one, Rob!
This is better if I’m allowed a second try.
‘Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No! it’s superpope!’
“I see a whole flock of sheep!”
“TEC Gay Bishops will fly-in right *there*, so naturally that’s where we have our CofE guns trained”
“Thats Hagger up their my Lord and, as you wished,….upside down.”
That’s far too near the truth.
Ooops!
