NEW AGE LUNACY

From THE CHRISTIAN POST:

A recent study found that those who identify as spiritual but not religious are more likely to develop a mental disorder. They are also more likely to be dependent on drugs and have abnormal eating attitudes, according to a study published in the British Journal of Psychiatry. Results were based on data from interviews with 7,403 people who participated in the third National Psychiatric Morbidity Study in England.

Well, that would explain my good friend, the naughty nun. She's a very spiritual person. But it doesn't explain me. I'm about as spiritual as a house brick and as nutty as a box of chocolate brazils.

  1. MP it all depends on how one defines a “mental disorder.” If you watch the movie “Harvey” (the one with Jimmy Stewart) it shows how a person thought to be mentally ill is actually the sanest person of the bunch.
