HAS GOD TOLD HAROLD TO STFU?

I don't think so. But if you believe in that sort of thing you would have to wonder.

From THE MERCURY NEWS:

Harold Camping, the Doomsday radio preacher who sparked international media attention by predicting the end of the world last month, has been hospitalized after suffering a stroke at his Alameda home Thursday night.

A neighbor said, "He was doing good... and the only thing that's affected is his speech."

We pray for Harold and his family.
Getting old is crap at times.

HAS GOD TOLD HAROLD TO STFU? — 3 Comments

  1. “and the only thing that’s affected is his speech.”

When I got to that bit I laughed out loud – literally!

(I know that’s bad of me. It was completely spontaneous…)

  2. Fundamentalism finally eats its own [Yes, the stroke may have had nothing to w/ his (metaphorically) brain-clogging ideology]

  3. You know, I do not believe for a moment that God intervenes with strokes to silence someone. But, one can only imagine how his dupes (err…. disciples) are taking this.
