  1. I don’t know the answer to that question but I think people should be polite whatever their relationship, it costs nothing.

  2. I wonder if it actually says in the contract exactly how civil they have to be to each other.

    I love Tippy’s blog, by the way, Rob. I’ll give it a plug. I’ve lived with working sheepdogs all my life and have been training them for obedience competitions for nearly 40 years. We have two living with us at the moment.

  3. The short answer to your question is yes, though the repercussions for violation vary from contract to contract with some stipulating arbitration, some a slow-down and still others a full-on strike.
