DONALD DUCKS AND WEAVESTO AVOID HEFTY SENTENCE

From EPISCOPAL LIFE ONLINE:

COMMENT: And I really thought, all along, that he was innocent. Well, all along, he said he was and he is (was?) a leading light among those truly holy and orthodox gentlemen who have had to leave TEC because of its vile, Christ centred agenda. So why wouldn't I believe every word he said?

DONALD DUCKS AND WEAVESTO AVOID HEFTY SENTENCE — 9 Comments

  1. MP, you really ought to know better.
He is a Christian who sinned, the kind the Lord loves, and as soon as he repents he’ll be forgiven and live happily ever after.

We, on the other hand, are unrepentant sinners who try to pretend that sins aren’t sins and we shall rightly be cast into outer darkeness for eternity.

    Simplez!

  2. To be honest, Erika, much as I would prefer it was otherwise, I don’t think infuriating a mad priest on a regular basis is quite as bad as steeling $400000. But, of course, I could be wrong… It’s a funny old world.

  3. Erika is right. Donald is merely heir, like us, to the sins that flesh is prone to. Sure he goes for big licks but he is just like us; except in one respect. He is a man who follows the Bible.

We on the other hand follow that rabble rouser and nere-do-well Jesus Christ. Like Erika says we deserve everything we get!

  4. MP, robbing a bank is fine. Just repent afterwards.
But you really really have to make sure not to have any gay friends, or one of them nasty feminists. They’re the ones that really corrupt your tender soul.
