Not to be confused with the Diocese of Uppity South Carolina.
Love the caption, MP. Just love it!
Word verification is “perecko”. I’ve no idea what it could mean but it sounds vaguely naughty, doesn’t it?)
OK, I’m sorry, but I really can’t stand trendy vestments…I mean what is he wearing…it screams, “Hello! I’m a FLAMER!” Well, not exactly but they just seem silly. Like KJS and some of her oven mitt miters.
Renz, your courageous stand against tat wherever it is found, is an example to us all.
Looks like it was a Pentecost event! Flames everywhere. . .
Are his wives really all priests?
Yes. It’s quite a good chat up line if you’re a bishop: “I can make you a priest,” as opposed to the more proverbial “I can make you a star.”
Oh Geeze, am I slow on the uptake! Very funny caption, MP! I would laugh very loud, but it’s hard to laugh when one is being beaten over the head with the obvious!
Is the young priest to the bishop’s right single? 😉
A friend’s link to the Christian Democracy post (which was amazing) brought me to this blog, but I’m the photographer who took this pic that ended up on the ENS site. These intertubes are smaller than I thought. Keep up the good work. 🙂
Thanks, JB. In return for my cheek I will plug your blogs shamelessly when I next do a blog roll update.
