And here's one for you.

In a silly, but a lot more fun, world, what would
the following real British road sign mean?

  1. In 1983, I studied for a summer semester at the Univ. of Exeter. I remember seeing this “elderly crossing” sign. I got a great snap of it, because on one side of the road was a nursing home, and directly across was a cemetery. The sign was at a crosswalk between the two. I managed to get part of the cemetery in the shot with the sign.

I have no idea whatever happened to that photos.

  2. 19 minutes too late, Kelloggsville. But well done, anyway.

I tell you what. I’ll certainly add your blog to my infamous list. Whether that’s compensation or a double blow depends on how important your previous good reputation was to you.

  3. Old Farts Crossing ~ or ~ Old Farts Xing (and — tee hee — “Xing” could mean whatever you want it to mean!) 😉
