SWEDE IN DEEP WATERAFTER BED WETTING PRANK

From THE LOCAL (Sweden):

A sheltered housing facility in Torsby in western Sweden has found itself embroiled in a macabre controversy.

The victim in the horror scenario was a handicapped man who had a problem with incontinence. Personnel at the home had grown tired of the man's bed-wetting and one staff member decided to take the matters into his own hands. The employee dressed up as the Grim Reaper, went into the handicapped man's room and threatened to cut off his penis if he did not stop peeing himself.

The incident has been reported to the local health authority and is the subject of a Torsby municipality investigation.

  1. This is just so horrible and cruel that it makes me want to throw up.

And then here’s a comment I found over on the original article:

“The people who work in this kind of service are unskilled and badly paid. It is difficult to attract sensitive and caring workers because of low wages and bad conditions of work. The problem boils down to dwindling social fund, a consequence of scaling down government spending.”

  2. The employee dressed up as the Grim Reaper, went into the handicapped man’s room and threatened to cut off his penis if he did not stop peeing himself.

At which point I suppose the poor bloke sh*t himself instead.

  3. OMG I really should utterly flog myself for this, but when I read Cathy’s response, I could not avoid laughing.

Mea culpa, mea culpa, mea maxima culpa.

I guess what I was really laughing at was the Grim Reaper getting his just deserts for scaring the guy…

  4. Now that I read my comment again it is a bit brutal … oh dear … I’m actually sympathising with the guy but you could be forgiven for missing that part of it.

(I made Tracie laugh though!! Hurrah!!!) waves fists triumphantly

  5. Tracie, I guess I should flog myself too because Cathy made me laugh too. Would have served the grim reaper right to have had to clean up poop too.

  6. … I should say in my own defence that in the UK what I’ve said has a rather less literal nuance. It more means “was terribly frightened”, though there is an obvious pun. I didn’t actually mean it literally.

Still – I made the Two Auntees laugh too !!! …

    (waves fists triumphantly again)
